This cookie is the gluten free version of the traditional one. The best jam is home baked sugar free plum jam, because it does not overcome the dough during baking. We can bake it for Christmas too as it lasts for a few days too.

I like to bake pizza at home because it has a nice smell that brings an Italian mood into our kitchen. Let’s start the carnival dishes with a traditional smoked pork leg soup, which I had learnt how to make from my dear father, so cooking it brings back nice memories too.
This used to be a feast dish during our visits in the Christmas time at my grandma’s.
