I have earlier in a post I have written you how I make tiramisu. Just and only without raw eggs and with xylitol. I use whole-wheat baby sponge. It is an excellent dessert for guests too.
Apricots with a bit of brown sugar bake like a marmalade with the cake together in the oven. Heavenly good, hard to explain! Of course, I avoided white flour this time too, I am using almond and coconut flour. You can eat it easy without counting calories.
Peach and red-currant proved to be a pleasant combination, I can only recommend it. I have made simple dough (needs only mixing, cup-measured). It could be the best choice for the summer for some sweet-threat. It is good to hide the summer fruits in cakes for our family to get some vitamins from sweets too. In order to have a healthy dessert, instead of wheat flour we are going to use almond and coconut flour, and instead of sugar we are going to use xylitol. This all proves that we are going to make a reform pie.
I have taken the idea from Zé to blend the cauliflower and use it instead of rice. Then I started to look for cauliflower rice recipes on the internet. That is how I made my own cauliflower fried rice with a bit of an Asian touch.
