This cookie is the gluten free version of the traditional one. The best jam is home baked sugar free plum jam, because it does not overcome the dough during baking. We can bake it for Christmas too as it lasts for a few days too.



  1. We make a dough from the ingredients then we let it rest for half an hour in the fridge.
  2. We make the forms with a dough former then put the filling on them then cover them with another dough piece fitting on. We bake them golden brown on 190 degrees, we can put poweder sugar on them.
