- 100 g butter
- 100 g xylitol
- 100 g almond flour
- 1 tk baking powder
- 1 tk vanilla
- 1 egg yellow
- approx 100 g plum jam for the filling
- We make a dough from the ingredients then we let it rest for half an hour in the fridge.
- We make the forms with a dough former then put the filling on them then cover them with another dough piece fitting on. We bake them golden brown on 190 degrees, we can put poweder sugar on them.
