For: 4 people
- 100 g flour whole-weat or almond
- 60 g brown sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 c peeled apple cut into cubes
- 2 handful of blueberries
- 1 T xilit
- 1 t cinnemon
- 1 t flour
- We cut the butter into small cubes and we grind it one by one with the dry ingredients. We cut up the apple into cubes and turn them in the flour, sugar and cinnemon mix.
- We put the apple into buttered soufle forms, then we distribute the blueberries too. We put the crumble on the top. Then we put them int he oven for 180 C for 45 min. Bon appetite!
When should we eat it? Anytime! It can just warm your soul!
