Apricots with a bit of brown sugar bake like a marmalade with the cake together in the oven. Heavenly good, hard to explain! Of course, I avoided white flour this time too, I am using almond and coconut flour. You can eat it easy without counting calories.

  1. Except the fruits, we mix the ingredients well, we add to it, the toasted almond sticks. We clean the apricots and cut them into slices. We butter a cake-baking form and pour the dough in. We put the fruits on the top. In 40 min, we bake the cake on 200 degrees C. Before serving, we sprinkle it with powder sugar (xylitol).
