
Ingredients
- 1 cup flour I used ½ cup almond flour, and ½ cup coconut flour, however, if we don’t have these available, we can use wheat flour
- 1 cup xylitol
- 40 ml coconut milk
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1/2 kg apricots
- 1/2 pocket baking powder
- 1 t soda bicarbonate
- 1 handful of almond sticks
Instructions
- Except the fruits, we mix the ingredients well, we add to it, the toasted almond sticks. We clean the apricots and cut them into slices. We butter a cake-baking form and pour the dough in. We put the fruits on the top. In 40 min, we bake the cake on 200 degrees C. Before serving, we sprinkle it with powder sugar (xylitol).

We can replace the fruits with any kind of summer fruits.
