  1. I mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then mix them together. I add the walnut, raisins and chocolate to the dough. I butter the bread baking form and lightly flour it too. We can pour in the dough and bake it ready in one hour 5 minutes.
  2. In the meanwhile, I prepare the chocolate ganage. I warm up the cream; we don’t have to bring it to the boil. We add the broken bars of chocolate to it and mix it together, then we take it off from the heat and add the butter to get it shiny.
  3. Who likes it sweeter can add some stevia to it. I did not because I love the bitterness of dark chocolate. So our chocolate ganage is ready. We are going to cover our banana bread with it.
  4. Finally, I whip the cream. The cream we are working with should be cooled. I do not put any sweetener in the cream as the bread and ganage is sweet enough for us.
