Instructions

  1. Preparation: we put two peeled and sliced banana into the freezer for approx. an hour.
  2. Then we put it into the blender and add 250 ml coconut milk, and a teaspoon of maca, raw cacao, acai berry and camu camu powder. Then we blend it together. We shall get half a liter smoothie.

Recipe notes

It has a gorgeous cacao-banana taste and high in nutrition. I shall write to you about maca, acai and camu camu in another post!
