I have taken the idea from Zé to blend the cauliflower and use it instead of rice. Then I started to look for cauliflower rice recipes on the internet. That is how I made my own cauliflower fried rice with a bit of an Asian touch.

Instructions

  1. We fry the onion and the bacon, and then we can add the rest of the vegetables and fry it for 15 min ready in a frying pan. At the end we add the coconut milk and the soya sauce and once more we fry it over.
  2. We are ready! Bon appetite!
