Are you ready to easy prepare a gluten-free, light and nutritious dish? Because this is going to be a pizza taste-like „pizza” that is made of cauliflower without adding any flour. It is important that we never overcook the cauliflower. From my childhood I only remember the taste of overcooked cauliflower, which was no real taste actually! But I gave this habit of my parents up! Cauliflower is a great antioxidant and it has Vitamin C content. It has anti-inflammatory effects and anti-cancerous features. It supports the digestive system.


For:  4 people


  1. We blend the cauliflower in a blender so that we get 2 cups (for this we shall need a small head of cauliflower). We mix it with one cup cheddar, the eggs and the spices. We flatten the „dough” in a baking paper filled heat-proof pan like a pizza dough. We bake it on 200 degrees C in 25 min. Then we put the rest of the cheese (1 c) on the top of the „pizza” and continue baking for another 5 in so that the cheese can melt on it.
  2. In the meanwhile we can prepare the tomato dip. We fry the onions, add the tomato sauce and the spices and cook it for 15 min. Then we blend it in the blender. If our cauliflower „pizzabread” is ready then we can cut them up into slices and serve it with the tomato dip. Bon appetite!
