Chives-lemon goose fat cream in fermented cucumber.

  1. We make the goose fat a cream texture in the blender. We add the sour cream and the butter. We put the spices in a mortar and press them smaller before we add it to the blender. We can also add the chives (cut small), the lemon juice and salt & pepper. We need another half a minute to mix it together. We put it in fridge for min 20 min and then we can put them in the halved and caved cucumbers and serve them.
