Chocolate muffin with organic pear and raw cacao


For:  4 people


  1. Let’ heat the oven for 180 C. We should oil a bit the muffin forms or use paper muffin inserts. However, I butter them too, it shall be easier to get them out of the paper when baked.
  2. We can beat up the eggs and the oil, add the vanilla, the cinnamon, juice or water. We can put in the baking powder and the baking soda too. Add the flour mix. Mix all softly together and pour it in the forms. Put pear and chocolate pieces on the top. Bake it for 15-20 min until the inside gets well baked too. We can use a toothpick to check the inside for baking test.
