  1. We wash the rice well through. When the water boiled away, we add the coconut milk and the coconut cream as well and the xylitol and spices. We cook the rice ready soft and creamy in about 30 min. We speed up the cooking procedure of the rice by starting to cook it in water and not directly in milk (or coco milk). We should take care that the boiling rice with the milk does not run out when it starts boiling. Then we should lower the heat and continue cooking by sometimes turning it (it is like when making risotto, you cannot really leave it alone).
  2. We layer it in glasses or cups with the fresh raspberry. Enjoy!
