For:  2 people


  1. We fry the onions on the oil. We add the paprika and fry them also, then we can add the green onions, fry it a bit and then we can add the mushrooms. We season it with salt and pepper. We also add some red paprika powder. All the ingredients we put in so far will have their own juices cooking out and will make the sauce of the lecso. At the end we add the tomatoes too. We cover it with a lid and we cook it ready.
  2. We can add quinoa, couscous or bulgur as a side dish to it.
