- 150 g smoked salmon
- 100 g cream cheese
- 2 T horseradish
- e English cucumber
- pore sprout (or dill) into the cream and for the decoration
- We clean the cucumber, if it is bio, we can keep the skin, if not we should remove it. We should cut it up into rounds and keep it refrigerated until the cream is ready. We put with a small spoon from the cream cheese – horseradish mix on each cucumber slice and a piece of salmon too with the sprout on top to decorate it.
