For: 4 people
- 8 pcs potatoes approx. a kilogramm
- 8 T flour
- 2 eggs
- salt, pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic smashed
- 5 T oil olive or grape seed - for the frying
- We peel the potatoes then we grate it on a cheese grater (I used a kitchen aid robot). We mix the potatoes with the above ingredients and then with a help of a spoon we put them in mid-heated oil to fry in 1-2 min both sides. Let them be nice golden brown.
- We serve it with sour cream and chives.
