- 4 pc spring onions with some green
- 8-10 kale leaves
- 1/2 kg new potatoes
- vegetable stock
- cream coconut cream
- salt, pepper, cumin
- . We cut out the hard part of the leaves before continuing working with them. We slice the kale leaves smaller. We clean the potatoes but we do not need to peel them. We slice them up. We fry the spring onions on a little ghee. We put on the kale and the potatoes. We fry them further. We season it with salt and pepper. We add cumin then we add some vegetable stock (or water) and some additional water if necessary.
- When it is cooked (about 30 min), we take out 2 drainer of it with some liquid and we blend it with some cream smooth ( I had only coconut cream at home, so that is what I used). Then we put this back in the pan. We boil it together with the cream. This will make us a nice sauce.
