Attention: From the plant rhubarb you can only it its stem that has a pinkish-bordo color. The leaves are poisonous. Luckily on the markets they only sell its stem. but those who have it in their garden should pay attention to this. I have bought some spring parsnips that was full of parsley. This gave the idea to cook a cream soup out of it. The fresh characteristic taste of the parsley was well compensated with the butter and the cream. The garlic crouton harmonizes well with the soup.

And the view that you have when the eggs are scrambled is not comparable to store eggs, they were beautiful yellow. In the US it is a must to have coleslaw coming with your burger & fries order since it is well balancing the heavier dishes with its acidity, freshness and colorful look. On top of all, it is an excellent source of vitamins. Coleslaw is an exciting side dish or salad. The choice of the cabbage depends on our taste. I recommend to make it from two different types and colors, from red and white. We can as well add some savoy cabbage too if we like.
I have also tried this dip first time in the US. I am not so keen on blue cheese itself; however, I like this dip because the cream cheese we add nicely smoothens the intensity and bitterness of the blue cheese. I have renewed a bit a regular carrot cake recipe. I am sure I will re-bake this recipe a couple more times as it is really delicious, even on the second or the third day for a good breakfast.
Beef hunter style used to be one of my childhood’s favorite dishes and it did stay so, because my dad used to make it always very tasty. I wanted to show you with the platting that from this dish you can make out a real festive dish. My hunter style beef is different from others in that I serve also caramelized vegetables (the same as there are in the sauce) with it.
This is a real filling dish, it may be a good idea for a Sunday family lunch. I love in this dish the caramelized onions and the meat that is crispy from the outside and nice grilled and soft from the inside. And after all, I love the potatoes that have crispy well baked edges. The tastes harmonically combine and bake together in the oven.
