For: 4 people
- We lightly melt up 2/3 cup coconut butter, to which we add 3 tablespoon of raw cocoa powder, 1-2 tablespoon of coconut flakes and 1-2 teaspoon of raw honey. We mix this very well. We grease an ice-cube holder with coconut oil, and then put the mixture in. We freeze this for minimum 4 hours.
- We should take it out of the freezer 15 minutes prior to eating them. Very tasty dessert! I am sure it will satisfy your chocolate carving.
