  1. We wash the new potatoes and cook it in salty water with the skin. Then we let them cool out and peel the skin. Slice it according to your like and season with salt.
  2. We toast the pine nuts in a few min until we start to smell its scent. We cannot let them burn. We mix with a hand blender the nuts, the basil, olive oil, lemon juice and sliced garlic cloves and blend it o smooth. Salt it and turn it round the potatoes.
  3. An excellent side dish for grilled meat in the summer. Bon appetite!
