  1. We put the sliced and frosted banana and the red-currant in the blender. It will take about 2 min to get a creamy consistence. We put it in a glass holder or the ice-cream bar holders and put it back to the freezer for about 1 hr. It is a heavenly, guilt-free dessert with coconut whipped cream. And last but not least, it is even healthy.
