Salami roll-ups - filled with cream cheese and hot green paprika served on crackers

For:  4 people

  • 400 g cream cheese
  • 200 g salami e.g. Milanese, thin sliced
  • 1 Hungarian green strong paprika (we can use green California peppers if we do not want to have a spicy roll.

  1. We spread the cream cheese in between two layers of foil pack and roll it out with a rolling pin. When we are ready with this we take away the upper foil and place the salami slices on the cheese that they can cover each other well. Then we place a new foil over the salami and then we turn it around so that the cream cheese is facing us. We take away the foil and we place the strong paprika pieces on the cheese spread. Then we tightly roll it up and in a foil pack then we put it in the fridge for a night.
  2. We slice it up the next day and for each cracker we put one slice of salami roll. It is a nice snack if we have some quests around.
