- We mix 6 tablespoons of butter or cocoa butter (or ever coconut butter), 2 cups of almond flour, 1/3 cup stevia or xylitol and the zest of one lemon.
- We shape the dough into a roll or a square shape, we pack this into a packing foil and then into aluminum foil and put it in the freezer for about 30 minutes but minimum until you can cut them nice with a sharp knife.
- Then we slice the roll up, and put the slices in a buttered baking paper skillet (we do butter the baking paper and put the slices on there and for buttering it I used coconut oil) into the oven for 15 minutes on 170 degrees Celsius or until golden brown. When it gets cool, it is eaten pretty fast. I serve it with mint tea.
