Sirloin salad with colored crispy vegetables.


For:  4 persons


  1. We season the meat slices (the whoe slice) with salt & pepper. Then we fry the whole slices (2-2 min each side). If they are ready, we put them aside to rest (let the juice out).
  2. ). We slice up the vegetables for the salad and fry them on high heat for 5 min in the same pan that we used for the steaks. We add the ginger and the garlic, salt & pepper.
  3. We put back the already striped meat into the pot to re-warm it with the veggies and then we put ont he salad dressing we prepared. We turn it quick on the heat before serving.
