For:  4 people


  1. We cut up the ingredients for the soup equal sizes except for the paprika and tomato.
  2. We fry the bacon on little grape seed oil. Then we add the onions and fry that too. Then we can also put in the sausages and fry a bit out its fat. Then we can add the vegetables, the carrot, white carrot and then the potatoes. When all is fried together a bit, then we can add as much water as thick we would like our soup to be.
  3. . Then we add the whole tomato and the paprika and the green herbs. We can further season it now with salt and pepper and we cook it for 50 min. At the end we add some sour cream and lemon to make it a bit sour. We add fresh parsley for the plating.
