Souvlaki from lamb with a Greek salad.


For:  4 people


  1. We cut up the lamb for 5 cm cubes and put them in a bigger pot. We pour on the oil, the red wine and the lemon juice and its zest too. We add the oregano, garlic and the pepper. We put it in the oven for a night. We have not added salt yet.
  2. We put the skewers (8 pcs) for 30 min in water to soak, then we pull the meat on them and put them on the hot grill for 4 min each side. When they are ready we can salt them.
  3. When plating we can serve a spoon of Greek yoghurt, Greek salad and pita bread with it. Greek summer day dream!
