  1. We slice the zucchini and the carrots with the potato peeler and we pour some lemon juice on them. We clean the rest of the ingredients, and cut the tomatoes in halves, cut the parsley and the cilantro into small. We mix the ingredients. We add the mozzarella balls. Before serving we pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar on it. We season with salt and pepper.
