It is strawberry season, so I try to hide it in all desserts somehow. Since strawberry is consumed more in our house in desserts.


For:  4 people


  1. We prepare 8-10 strawberries for the syrup with 2 tbsp of powder sugar and a little water. We bring it to the boil and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes until it starts to get a syrup. Then we take it off the heat and let it cool down.
  2. We will turn the ladyfingers in that. We slice up the rest of the strawberries except for the deco ones. We whip the mascaropne, the coconut cream, vanilla, lemon and skin and 2 tbsp of xylitol powder. I make the tiramisu in individual cups, but we can make in one bowl the same way too. We turn the ladyfingers in the strawberry syrup then we put one layer in each cup. Then we make one layer of fresh strawberries, and then we lay the mascarpone cream. We can decorate them. Easy spring dessert.
