This is not a low calorie snack but its advantage is that it can keep another day without getting dry. I recommend it for Easter for finger food for your family and guests. But of course we can prepare it any time we like. To make the dough is quite simple, and while you are baking it, you will have an inviting smell in your kitchen.

For:  50 pcs

  1. We knead the dough and put it in the fridge for 20 min to rest.
  2. . We spread a thin layer of egg over half of the rolled out dough and then turn the other half on the egged part, then turn it with 90 degrees . Then do the same procedure of spreading egg on half of the rolled dough then folding the other half on it, then turn it again 90 degrees. You roll it out for a thickness of a finger, and then you make the scones out. You let it rest for 10 min to grow.
  3. Then you can spread on the top egg and some cheese. You put them in the oven for 30 min or until the tops are golden brown on 190 degrees.
