This is a real good healthy soup. I did not overcook the vegetables because this is how we like it.



  1. We cut up the cleaned vegetables small. We stir the onion and the garlic, we can add the small cut ham too. We stir it together.
  2. We can add the vegetables too. We can add not salt & pepper, and we also add the spicy paprika or chili and the red paprika powder too. We add as much water as thick we would like to have our soup. We cook it ready. We serve it with fresh parsley.
