As far as I know, this food is rarely called macok, but the region I come from, does use this name for the potato rosti. My mom used to make it a lot when I was a child so I learned this one from her.

White bean soup with smoked meat and sausage. I love soups. They are handy when it is windy, rainy or sunny. It is so simple to make soups, it only takes time to make the preparations. When white beans have a season I always cook a good soup out of them. We eat it as a main dish for at least two days. Anyways, it is always better the second day when the different tastes come together.
This mousse is sweet from the white chocolate and becomes light from the sourness of the blueberry that goes well with it. To make this cake is easy so I would recommend it to beginners too.
